These Terms govern your use of stackeduk.com and any purchase you make from us, online or at our kiosks. By using the site or buying from us you accept these terms.

You may use this site for personal, lawful purposes only. You must not: interfere with the site's operation; attempt to gain unauthorised access; use it to send spam, malware or other harmful content; or scrape it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT, and may change at any time. Payment is taken at the point of sale at the kiosk. We may decline an order (for example, if an item is unavailable). We don't currently take online orders or payments.
We don't currently offer delivery or online ordering — all orders are placed and collected at the kiosk, cooked fresh while you wait. If we add delivery or click & collect in future, the terms for those services will be set out here.
If something's wrong with your order — wrong item, missing topping, quality below standard — tell us at the kiosk straight away or email kane@stackeduk.com within 48 hours. We'll remake the order or refund you. Your statutory rights as a consumer (Consumer Rights Act 2015) are not affected by these terms.
The Stacked name, logo, kiosk design, "Always Extra Please" tagline and all site content are protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property rights owned by Stacked Foods Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.
We accept liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraudulent misrepresentation; and any liability that can't be excluded by law. Otherwise our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We don't accept liability for indirect or consequential losses.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes will be heard in the courts of England & Wales.
If any clause is unenforceable, the rest remains in force. We may update these terms — the "Last updated" date shows when.
